Job summary

Courtney Smith is seeking an internal sales and account management professional to support existing customer accounts across the UK & Ireland. You will handle inquiries, check stock and coordinate deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role also involves preparing documentation and invoices, and liaising with the external sales team, warehouse and customers via telephone, Teams and email in a busy, fast-paced environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

This is an internal sales and account management role working for a well-established manufacturer of building consumables. You will manage existing customer accounts across the UK & Ireland, handling customer enquiries, checking stock availability, tracking deliveries and managing inventory. The role will also involve preparing documentation and invoices, alongside liaising with the external sales team, warehouse and customers via telephone, Teams and email. This is a busy, varied and fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation and customer service skills.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who is proactive, a quick learner and a confident problem solver, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Full training will be provided
