Major Recruitment Oldbury is seeking an internal recruiter (driving) for a large UK-wide parcel delivery client. You will own end-to-end recruitment for 7.5 tonne/HGV drivers across multiple depots, operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Based in Smethwick with hybrid working options, the role demands strong campaign leadership, attention to detail and the ability to manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle to meet daily targets.

Joining their internal recruitment team with a sole focus on delivering high-volume UK wide recruitment of drivers across multiple depots
You must have previous experience leading recruitment campaigns and controlling the end-to-end recruitment process for 7.5 tonne / HGV Drivers to be successful in your application, as this will be an extremely demanding role, and you will be required to hit the ground running immediately to make a positive impact.
This is not a role for the faint hearted or inexperienced and would not be a 'relaxed move' for an agency recruiter looking to switch to internal recruitment - you will be in an extremely demanding fast paced environment and must deliver!
To be successful in your application you will have held one of the following positions - 360 Driving Consultant, Internal Recruiter within Transport / Logisitics / Driving Teams, HGV / 7.5 Tonne Talent Acquisition Specialist, High Volume Resourcer for Drivers for UK wide companies, On-site Co-ordinator or Account Manager within a UK Wide company requiring high volume recruitment, UK Wide Logisitics Recruiterment, any other Driving / Driver recruitment roles / HGV / 7.5 tonne specialist recruiters
