Job summary

Major Recruitment are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator on a 6-month FTC with an immediate start. You will join the internal recruitment team to deliver high-volume recruitment for warehouses across the UK, with a hybrid pattern at Smethwick.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years recruitment experience in industrial/warehouse sectors, with proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns, RTW checks, onboarding and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience - industrial / warehouse.
• Proven experience recruiting / resourcing on high-volume contracts is essential.
• Background managing 'on-site' contracts, RPO / MSPs, high volume national accounts etc would be preferred.
• Full understanding and ability to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process - candidate attraction, screening / interviewing, RTW checks, interviews/inductions, onboarding etc
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to control and deliver high-volume recruitment demand (ideally UK wide, but this is not essential)
• Ability to manage both sides and control the process, - communicating well with internal colleagues and depot managers, as well as the pool of drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for warehouses across the UK.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment including attraction, screening, RTW checks, inductions and onboarding.
• Coordinate with depot managers and internal teams to manage recruitment demand and stakeholder expectations.

You will be working for our client - one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world, joining their internal recruitment team with a sole focus on delivering high-volume recruitment for their warehouses across the UK

You must have previous experience leading recruitment campaigns and controlling the end-to-end recruitment process to be successful in your application. This will be an extremely demanding role, and you will be required to hit the ground running and make a positive impact immediately

£34,500 (pro-rata)

Full Time Monday to Friday
