Job summary

Major Recruitment is recruiting an internal recruiter for a 6 month FTC to focus on driving recruitment across UK depots. You will lead end-to-end campaigns for HGV/7.5 tonne drivers, coordinating with depot managers and internal teams to meet demand.

The role requires prior success in high-volume recruitment and exceptional organisational skills to hit the ground running in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years high-volume driving recruitment experience, HGV / 7.5 Tonne, understanding candidate attraction and compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation, capable of delivering high-volume recruitment demand.
• Ability to manage both sides and communicate with internal colleagues and depot managers.

Job description

Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for an internal recruiter for a 6 month FTC with an immediate start. You will be working for our client - one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world, joining their internal recruitment team with a sole focus on delivering high-volume UK wide recruitment of drivers across multiple depots

You must have previous experience leading recruitment campaigns and controlling the end-to-end recruitment process for 7.5 tonne / HGV Drivers to be successful in your application, as this will be an extremely demanding role, and you will be required to hit the ground running immediately to make a positive impact.

Skills / Experience Required:-

• Minimum of 1-2 years high-volume driving recruitment experience, HGV / 7.5 Tonne, with a full understanding of candidate attraction and transport related compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to control and deliver high-volume recruitment demand (ideally UK wide, but this is not essential)
• Ability to manage both sides and control the process, - communicating well with internal colleagues and depot managers, as well as the pool of drivers

Pay / Hours / Location:-

• £34,000 (pro-rata)
• Full Time Monday to Friday
