Job summary

Ashby Finance, Daventry, is seeking an Internal Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of vacancies. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and secure high-calibre talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, manage ATS, conduct checks, and negotiate offers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency environments.
• Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing or Engineering sectors is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across departments.
• Experience recruiting across various seniority levels.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment best practice.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions.

• Prepare and negotiate offers with HR and managers.
• Monitor time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality of hire metrics.
• Stay updated on employment legislation and best practices.

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and employee referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure recruitment records remain accurate and up to date.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Prepare and negotiate employment offers alongside HR and hiring managers.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality of hire.
• Keep up to date with employment legislation and recruitment best practice.

Requirements Of The Role

• Proven experience within internal recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment agency environments.
• Experience working in the Automotive, Manufacturing or Engineering industries would be beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across multiple departments and seniority levels.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
