Job summary

Four Recruitment is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their growing people team in Manchester. This busy, varied role supports Managers with vacancies and ensures candidates have a positive experience.

You will build relationships with managers, advertise roles, source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, conduct interviews and screenings, manage onboarding, and use the ATS to record data and generate reports while partnering with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in construction or civil engineering sectors.
• Experience in internal, agency or RPO recruitment environments.
• Creative and solutions-focused approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work at pace.

A client of mine is recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to join their growing people team. This is a busy and varied role where you will support Managers in managing their vacancies and ensuring candidates have a positive experience.

• Sourcing candidates using job boards and linked in
• Conducting interviews and telephone screenings
• Managing the onboarding process
• Using the ATS system to record candidate information and producing reports
• Working with marketing to enhance the employer brand

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience of recruitment into the construction / civil engineering industry gained either in an internal, agency or RPO environment, and will have a creative and solutions focussed approach to work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at pace are also key for this role.
