Job summary

Four Recruitment is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their growing people team in Manchester. This busy, varied role supports Managers with vacancies and ensures candidates have a positive experience.

You will build relationships with managers, advertise roles, source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, conduct interviews and screenings, manage onboarding, and use the ATS to record data and generate reports while partnering with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in construction or civil engineering sectors.
• Experience in internal, agency or RPO recruitment environments.
• Creative and solutions-focused approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Advertise job vacancies.
• Sourcing candidates using job boards and LinkedIn.
• Conducting interviews and telephone screenings.
• Managing the onboarding process.
• Using the ATS system to record candidate information and producing reports.
