Job summary

Four Recruitment is recruiting an Internal Recruiter to join the growing people team. The role supports Managers in managing vacancies and ensuring candidates have a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting into the construction/civil engineering sector in internal, agency or RPO environments, and will bring a creative, solutions-focused approach, with strong communication and the ability to work at pace.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting into construction/civil engineering, in internal, agency or RPO settings.
• Creative and solutions-focused approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively at pace.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with Managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Advertising job vacancies.
• Sourcing candidates using job boards and LinkedIn.
• Conducting interviews and telephone screenings.
• Managing the onboarding process.
• Using the ATS system to record candidate information and produce reports.
• Working with marketing to enhance the employer brand.
