About the Role

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organisation in Birmingham to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong healthcare background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading a small team.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, managing a high volume of vacancies across a variety of healthcare and support functions whilst leading and developing two Recruitment Coordinators.
This role is fully site-based in Birmingham and requires a hands‑on recruiter who can build strong stakeholder relationships, drive recruitment performance and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will have:
