Ashley Kate HR & Finance is partnering with a growing healthcare organisation in Birmingham to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter. This hands-on role leads a small team of two Recruitment Coordinators and owns end-to-end recruitment across healthcare and support functions, on-site in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal recruitment within healthcare needed.
• Proven ability to mentor a small recruiting team.
• Track record of handling high-volume campaigns in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high volume vacancies.
• Lead and develop two Recruitment Coordinators.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract healthcare talent.
• Monitor KPIs and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure Safer Recruitment and healthcare compliance.
