Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Internal Recruiter for a fast-paced interim role in the children’s care and education sector, responsible for end-to-end recruitment across frontline vacancies, leadership roles, and corporate functions.

The role offers hybrid working with 1–2 days in the office, an immediate start, and a 2-month contract with potential extension. Pay is £21–£23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience within social care, healthcare, education, NHS or another regulated sector.
• A proven track record managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of positions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from attraction through onboarding.
• Handle high-volume frontline recruitment and leadership roles.
• Cover Head Office vacancies and organisational hires.
• Work closely with hiring managers to prioritise recruitment needs and timelines.

We're supporting a growing organisation within the children's care and education sector that is looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their HR team on an interim basis.

Description

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of positions, including:

• High-volume Support Worker recruitment
• Team Leader and supervisory hires
• Head Office vacancies
• End-to-end recruitment from attraction through to onboarding
• Working closely with hiring managers to manage recruitment priorities
• Supporting workforce planning and recruitment process improvements

Profile

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Ideally you'll have:
