• Minimum 5 years' experience in writing, editing or related communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for internal audiences.
• Experience adapting content for intranets, emails and newsletters.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Attention to detail with consistent tone and grammar.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write internal articles and stories based on external communications activity, helping colleagues understand the impact and relevance of the organisation's work.
• Translate external announcements, campaigns, media coverage and business updates into engaging, employee-focused content for internal channels.
• Edit content to improve clarity, structure, tone and quality.
• Support intranet content, employee communications, campaign copy, leadership talking points and short-form internal content.
• Collaborate with communications stakeholders to gather information, verify facts and understand audience requirements before drafting or editing content.
• Apply editorial standards and tone-of-voice guidelines while simplifying complex topics for internal audiences and utilising AI tools responsibly to support content creation and editing.
