Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in writing, editing, journalism, corporate communications, content marketing or a related communications role.

Responsibilities

• Adapt complex information into accessible internal content.
• Edit and improve content produced by others for clarity, tone and consistency.
• Support intranet articles, newsletters and internal updates.
• Gather information from stakeholders to shape key messages.
• Interview subject matter experts to develop compelling stories.
• Ensure content is accurate and appropriate for the audience.
• Apply editorial standards across all materials.
• Identify the 'why it matters' behind updates in finished content.
• Adapt content for different internal channels and audiences.
