Job summary

Exemplar Health Care Support Centre, Sheffield is seeking a Marketing and Communications Officer (Internal Communications) on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. The role is hybrid with travel to our care homes and Central Support Services (S9 1XH) as required, and a 40-hour week.

You will craft content across intranet, newsletters, and video content to connect, engage, and inform colleagues, helping share our culture and values across England.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal communications, communications, marketing, or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating engaging content for different audiences and channels.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confidence building relationships and working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using digital communication tools and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging content across a range of internal communication channels.
• Managing and developing our intranet, colleague app, newsletters, and other colleague communications.
• Leading the production of our quarterly The Exemplar Buzz magazine.
• Delivering communication campaigns that support colleague engagement, organisational change, learning and development, and recognition initiatives.
• Working with colleagues across the organisation to share stories, celebrate success, and promote key messages.
• Monitoring engagement and using insights to continuously improve communications.
