Job summary

Computershare UK is seeking an experienced internal Communications professional to partner with Information Security and Cyber Security teams. Based in Bristol with hybrid flexibility, you will simplify complex topics and craft engaging content for a global employee audience.

You will own communications from concept to delivery, influence senior stakeholders, and help raise awareness across the organisation. This is a strategic yet hands-on role in a collaborative international team.

We're looking for an experienced communications professional to partner closely with our Information Security and Cyber Security teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys simplifying complex topics, building strong stakeholder relationships and creating communications that have a meaningful impact across the business. You'll join a collaborative global team spanning the UK, US and Australia, where creativity, knowledge sharing and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

A role you will love

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll take ownership of communications from concept through to delivery. Working closely with our Information Security and Cyber Security teams, you'll help bring complex business priorities to life for employees across the organisation. You'll uncover the stories behind technical initiatives, create engaging content and deliver communications that drive awareness, understanding and action. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence key stakeholders, shape communication approaches and make a meaningful impact across a global business.

You’ll Be Involved In
  • Developing communication plans that align with business objectives and employee needs
  • Creating engaging content across multiple channels, including news articles, presentations and SharePoint
  • Supporting internal campaigns that increase awareness and understanding of key security topics
  • Managing virtual and in-person events, including town halls and employee engagement activities
  • Advising stakeholders on communication approaches, messaging and channel selection
  • Monitoring communication effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for a talented communications professional who can turn complex subject matter into clear, engaging and meaningful content. You'll be an exceptional writer and storyteller with the confidence to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver high-quality communications in a fast-paced environment. Organised, adaptable and resilient, you'll enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. It would be great if you also have experience working in financial services, technology, engineering, information security, cyber security or another complex industry, and are comfortable working with senior leaders and global stakeholders. Most importantly, you'll be curious, collaborative and creative, with a passion for uncovering stories and bringing them to life in a way that engages and informs employees.

You’ll Bring
  • Experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications or a similar role
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • The ability to make complex or technical subject matter accessible and engaging for diverse audiences
  • Experience developing and delivering communications across a range of channels and campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
