Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Oxfordshire offers a 12-month Communications & Business Excellence Intern role. You will work with teams across the business to support internal communications, branding, engagement activities and cross-functional projects, including visits and process improvements, while helping define how we work between Eynsham and Bicester facilities.

You should be an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with strong written and verbal communication,

• You should be an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any subject and seeking a 12-month internship or industrial placement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams are essential.
• Be proactive, curious, and eager to learn while contributing to projects.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple activities.
• Enjoy collaborating with different teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications, creating and sharing updates and key messages across the business.
• Contribute to branding and engagement activities ensuring consistent, professional communication.
• Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external visits and supporting materials.
• Review and document business processes to improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with operations, engineering, quality and business support.
• Support communications and readiness activities during site transitions between Eynsham and Bicester.
