Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Oxfordshire offers a 12-month Communications & Business Excellence Internship. You will work with teams across the business, supporting how we communicate and engage with our people and visitors, while contributing to projects that help us continuously improve how we work.

The internship includes the Intern Development Programme to build skills in communication, teamwork, and commercial awareness, with possibilities at Eynsham and Bicester sites and UK

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be proactive and curious, with a willingness to get involved, ask questions and learn.
• Have good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a variety of activities.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and building relationships with different teams and stakeholders.
• Have an interest in communications, engagement and continuous improvement, and how these contribute to the success of a business.
• Be adaptable and happy to get involved, comfortable moving between planned project work and other day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications, helping to create and share engaging updates, initiatives and key messages across the business.
• Contribute to branding and engagement activities, helping us communicate consistently and professionally with our people and wider stakeholders.
• Support the planning and coordination of internal and external visits, including preparation, communications and supporting materials.
• Help to review, document and improve business processes, identifying opportunities to make the way we work clearer and more effective.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, working with colleagues across areas including operations, engineering, quality and business support.
• Support communications, engagement and business readiness activities as we continue the transition of operations between our Eynsham and Bicester facilities.
