Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Internal Communications Manager, Group Content to lead the end-to-end development of strategic corporate content for our global internal audience. The role is based in London Kings Place or Derby with hybrid working (3 days on-site) and will collaborate across intranet, Viva Engage, digital displays and company-wide email.

You will drive key campaigns, advise on communications tactics, and build strong networks inside the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing or content creation within a large multinational FTSE 100 company or equivalent organisation.
• Excellent writer with a strong ability to craft engaging stories across video/audio formats.
• Proven track record of delivering content campaigns and scheduling across multiple channels.
• Experience managing external agencies to time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of strategic corporate content for the global internal audience.
• Coordinate content across intranet, Viva Engage, digital screens and company-wide email.
• Lead on content for key strategic campaigns in collaboration with the SVP Internal Communications.
• Develop and maintain an internal corporate content calendar aligned to strategic objectives.
