The Head of Learning Delivery is accountable for translating Rolls-Royce's learning strategy and enterprise capability priorities into a globally consistent, safe, compliant and high-performing learning service. The role sets delivery strategy, leads and aligns the five portfolios—including the matrixed team of Learning Business Partners—and owns outcomes across safety, cost, quality, delivery, colleague experience and business impact. It governs £20m+ annual spend and strategic suppliers, mobilises enterprise change, and champions accessible, technology-enabled learning, data-led improvement and an #AlwaysLearning culture.
