Job summary

DCC Energy GB is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to connect colleagues across multiple sites, shaping how stories are told and shared. You’ll craft engaging content, support campaigns and events, and help manage internal channels to keep teams informed and engaged.

Work closely with the Communications team to deliver leadership messaging, plan Town Halls and support change programmes while maintaining a strong focus on relevance and impact across a large multi-site organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal communications or similar role.
• Experience reaching frontline and non-desk colleagues via multiple channels.
• Experience managing intranets or employee engagement platforms.
• Strong writing and editing with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Canva for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging internal communications that inform and connect colleagues.
• Help manage internal channels, keeping content relevant and useful.
• Find and share compelling stories from across the business.
• Support campaigns, activities and events aligning with culture and values.
• Create leadership communications, briefings and talking points.
• Plan and run Town Halls and engagement sessions.
• Support change programs and key projects through communications.
• Track engagement and report on channel performance.
