Job summary

DCC Energy GB is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to inform and connect colleagues across multiple sites. You’ll craft engaging content, manage channels and support campaigns to bring our purpose, values and culture to life.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help plan Town Halls and events, create leadership briefings and ensure communications remain relevant and practical for a large, multi-site workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Internal Communications or a similar role.
• Experience communicating with frontline, field-based or non-desk colleagues.
• Experience managing internal channels, intranets or employee engagement platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and content creation tools like Canva.
• Experience creating digital content including graphics and video.
• Experience supporting internal campaigns, events or engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging internal communications that inform, connect and involve colleagues.
• Manage internal channels to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Identify and share stories from across the business.
• Support campaigns, activities and events that bring our values to life.
• Create leadership communications, presentations, briefings and talking points.
• Help plan and run Town Halls, events and engagement sessions.
• Support communications for change and major business projects.
• Track and report engagement across channels and campaigns.
