DCC Energy GB is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to help keep colleagues informed and connected across our energy businesses in Leicester and across sites. You''ll craft engaging content, support campaigns and events, and manage internal channels to reinforce our culture.

You''ll work with the Internal Communications Specialist and Head of Culture & Communications, bringing ideas, managing Town Halls and helping to deliver communications that are relevant and useful to

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications roles.
• Ability to engage frontline and non-desk colleagues across channels.
• Experience managing internal channels and employee engagement platforms.
• Strong writing and editing with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and content creation tools such as Canva.
• Experience working in a large, multi-site organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging internal communications that keep colleagues informed, connected and involved.
• Help manage our internal communication channels, ensuring content remains relevant, useful and engaging.
• Find and share great stories from across our businesses.
• Support campaigns, activities and events that bring our purpose, values and culture to life.
• Create leadership communications, presentations, briefings and talking points.
• Help plan and deliver Town Halls, colleague events and engagement sessions.
• Support communications for change, transformation programmes and key business projects.
• Track and report on engagement across communication channels, campaigns and activities.
