Job summary

Landsec is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to join the Corporate Affairs team in London. You will develop and implement impactful communications that support our culture, strategy and people experience, using news, content, and storytelling to inform and engage across the business.

The role requires a fast-paced, collaborative approach, strong writing and project management, and the ability to measure impact through analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in internal communications in a fast-paced corporate setting (2–3+ years)
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 internal channels; implement latest platform developments.
• Knowledge of internal comms best practices, evaluation/benchmarking, engagement techniques and digital channels.
• Curious, proactive news gathering, networking and staying informed.
• Ability to apply analytical techniques to measure impact and engagement.
• Experience using communications to engage and support organisational change.
• Excellent writing, attention to detail, creativity, project management and organisation.
• Responsive team player, delivery-focused, adaptable to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Source, create and deliver compelling news and content for employees.
• Manage internal channels: intranet, Landsec Hub on SharePoint, The Loop newsletter, internal digital screens, Canva visuals.
• Develop and deliver the internal communications calendar and portfolio.
• Work with People team on engagement initiatives including recognition and surveys.
• Align with Digital Communications & Content Executive on priorities.
• Build relationships across the business to understand internal communications needs.
• Be an ambassador for Corporate Affairs and main contact for Employee Forum and Affinity networks.
• Support internal events like Town Halls and Loop Live sessions.
• Support internal change management programmes.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies.
• Evaluate performance of content and channels and recommend enhancements.
