Job summary

VerseOne Group is seeking a Communications and Engagement Officer to support internal communications and staff engagement across our health services. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will help ensure staff and the local community are aligned with the Trust's vision and objectives.

You will develop and deliver staff newsletters, stories, and digital content, advise on engagement channels, maintain contact lists, and coordinate staff surveys and events across hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications and staff engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills for newsletters and reports.
• Ability to manage relationships with staff and stakeholders.
• Experience producing briefings and digital content for staff.

Responsibilities

• Edit and write content for the weekly staff newsletter.
• Write and edit staff stories and features.
• Advise colleagues on the best channels to engage staff.
• Maintain up-to-date staff contact lists and distribution lists.
• Produce staff and senior leader briefings for diverse audiences.
