The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing health charity on an Internal Communications & Engagement Officer role. This permanent position will support clear, engaging communication across the clients organisation, helping colleagues stay informed, connected and aligned with organisational priorities through accessible content and well-coordinated internal campaigns.

Salary: £34, Permanent, full-time. Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in London.

• Experience creating content for internal communications, for staff across different settings including healthcare professionals, retail workers and office based employees.

Role Overview

Person Specification

• Experience creating content for internal communications, for staff based across different settings including healthcare professionals, retail workers and office based employees.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to detail.


• Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels.


• Effective organisation skills, including managing deadlines and multiple priorities.


• Confidence working collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels.


• A thoughtful and inclusive approach to communication.


• Experience using digital communication, content management or design tools is beneficial.


• Experience in a health, charity or purpose-led organisation would be welcomed.
