The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing health charity on an Internal Communications & Engagement Officer role. This permanent position will support clear, engaging communication across the clients organisation, helping colleagues stay informed, connected and aligned with organisational priorities through accessible content and well-coordinated internal campaigns.

Salary: £34, Permanent, full-time. Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in London.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for internal communications, for staff across different settings including healthcare professionals, retail workers and office based employees.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver clear internal communications across a range of channels, including communications to health staff that are not always desk-bound.
• Create engaging content, including articles, newsletters, briefings and announcements.
• Support internal campaigns, organisational updates and colleague engagement activity.
• Gather information from stakeholders and translate complex messages into accessible language.
• Maintain communication plans, schedules and content calendars.
• Monitor feedback and communication activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive and aligned with organisational values.
