Job summary

Arag is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join the People & Property team in the UK. You will support the Internal Communications and Engagement work, manage intranet schedules, and coordinate stakeholder communications.

You will craft engaging internal content, assist with CSR and employee wellbeing initiatives, and help deliver the annual events timetable while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and initiative.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle fast-paced priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience supporting CSR or internal engagement initiatives desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive Internal Communication, CSR and Employee Engagement Strategy through activities such as managing the intranet and schedules.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to organise, create and execute communications, events and activities.
• Manage employee recognition communications, liaising with key contacts across the business.
• Lead Arag Charity meetings including organising fundraising events and processing donations.
• Support delivery and coordination of the employee wellbeing programme.
• Support Chief People Officer and Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to deliver Employee Engagement Forum objectives.
• Manage inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Lead, interact and influence colleagues across the business including Inclusion Networks and project work-streams.
