Job summary

ARAG UK is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join the People & Property team. You will support internal communications and engagement activities, assist the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, and coordinate schedules across EMC functions and company-wide events.

The role requires strong written communication, stakeholder engagement, and a detail-oriented, adaptable approach to fast-paced priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous internal communications experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Internal Communications, CSR and Employee Engagement Strategy through activities such as planning and delivery.
• Manage the company intranet and all associated schedules, plans and activity.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to organise, create and execute communications, events and other activities.
• Lead the Arag Charity meetings including organising fundraising events and coordinating donations.
• Support the delivery and coordination of the employee wellbeing programme.
• Assist the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to deliver objectives of the Employee Engagement Forum.
• Manage relevant inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Engage with colleagues across the business to inform, influence and collaborate on projects.
• Write effective, engaging internal articles and email updates and proof-read content.
• Respond proactively to various stakeholders across the business.
