Job summary

Finastra is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to help establish and lead internal communications for a newly formed business. This is a hands-on opportunity to build the internal communications approach from the ground up.

You’ll develop the strategy, establish channels, standards and ways of working, and personally create communications that connect employees with the organisation’s strategy, priorities, culture and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• End-to-end internal communications experience.
• Ability to draft and deliver employee communications and leadership updates.
• Experience supporting change initiatives and organisational transformation.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal comms strategy and editorial calendar.
• Write and edit communications, leadership updates, announcements, FAQs and speaker notes.
• Partner with senior leaders to plan messaging for priorities and change.
• Manage channels (intranet, email, engagement platforms) and create engaging materials.
• Measure effectiveness and use insights to improve future comms.
• Embed AI-enabled automation to improve processes and data standards.
