Mayflower Recruitment Ltd is seeking an commercially focused Internal Account Manager to join our Client Services team. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, coordinating projects from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring requirements are understood and deadlines met.

In this fast-paced role you will collaborate with Sales, Studio, Production and Scheduling, maintain CRM records and identify opportunities for repeat business while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Account Management, Internal Sales, Client Services or Customer Service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative ability.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and day-to-day enquiries.
• Prepare, manage and follow up quotations.
• Coordinate projects from order through to completion.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
• Provide customers with accurate project updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM and MIS records.
• Manage customer queries and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and account development.
• Ensure customer specifications and project information are clearly communicated internally.
• Maintain commercial awareness when managing costs, specifications and customer expectations.
