Mayflower Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Account Manager for a leading large format print and graphics specialist in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, coordinating projects from initial enquiry and quotation through to production and delivery.

You will work with Sales, Studio, Production and Scheduling to ensure requirements and deadlines are met, delivering accurate updates and maintaining CRM/MIS records.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Account Management, Internal Sales, Client Services or Customer Service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative ability.
• Commercial awareness and practical problem solving.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
• Confidence dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM or business management systems.
• Professional and proactive approach.

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and day-to-day enquiries.
• Prepare, manage and follow up quotations.
• Coordinate projects from order through to completion.
