Crimson Hotels Group is offering a Front of House Intern role based in the United Kingdom. The year-long internship provides rotations across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and our behind-the-scenes support teams to build a well-rounded hospitality foundation.
You will work with supportive, experienced teams, take on real responsibilities, and gain hands-on experience across departments while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.
As an intern with us, you'll spend a year rotating across several key departments — Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and our behind-the-scenes support teams — spending dedicated time within each one. Rather than settling into a single role, you'll build genuine, hands-on experience across the hotel, gaining new skills and flexibility as you go. It's a unique opportunity to work alongside supportive, experienced teams, take on real responsibility, and come away with a well-rounded foundation in hospitality.
Crimson Hotels is an independent hotel group dedicated to making every travel experience seamless, relaxing, and memorable. Our properties operate under two major brands, Hilton and IHG, offering trusted, world-class service. All our hotels are proudly Green Key Accredited, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

We believe great people deserve great perks:
You'll start by welcoming guests with a warm, professional approach, serving them across various outlets including the bar, club lounge, restaurant, conference areas, and through room service. Throughout the day, you'll use your knowledge of food, wines, beers, and spirits to enhance the guest experience and ensure service is smooth and attentive. You'll be involved in setting up and closing down the service areas, always maintaining
high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help create a welcoming and seamless dining experience for every guest.
You'll start your day by warmly welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring all their details are accurately entered into our system. Throughout the day, you'll assist guests with any needs they may have during their stay, answer phone calls, take payments, and make any necessary changes to reservations. You'll also play a key role in resolving guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, helping to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
You'll spend part of your day performing room cleans and learning the standards and attention to detail required to prepare guest rooms to brand standards. The rest of your time will be spent alongside our Housekeeping Supervisor, gaining insight into how the department is run, from allocating daily work assignments and conducting inspections of rooms, corridors, and storerooms, to managing supplies and equipment, and following key procedures such as lost and found, key control, security, and emergency protocols.
Our hotel only operates thanks to the many people working behind the scenes. During this rotation, you'll spend time with our Accounts team, learning how invoicing, payments, and financial processes keep the hotel running smoothly. You'll also gain exposure to Reservations, understanding how bookings are managed and guest requests coordinated ahead of arrival, as well as Groups, learning how larger bookings and events are planned and delivered from start to finish. Across each area, you'll build a broader understanding of the essential functions that support the guest experience, even when working out of sight.
