Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source in Central London is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to take on full commercial responsibility from award to final accounts on projects valued around £15 million and up. The role, permanent, with an immediate start, is office-based at Covent Garden.

You will work with the main contractor upstream and with subcontractors downstream, handling procurement, payments and variations.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level quantity surveying experience.
• Experience with procurement, payments, variations and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• All typical quantity surveying functions from project award through to agreement of final accounts.
