Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source in Central London is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to take on full commercial responsibility from award to final accounts on projects valued around £15 million and up. The role, permanent, with an immediate start, is office-based at Covent Garden.

You will work with the main contractor upstream and with subcontractors downstream, handling procurement, payments and variations.

Job description

A leading facade specialist contractor is currently looking for a permanent Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Central London. The role carries full commercial responsibility from project award through to agreement of final accounts, working upstream with the main contractor and downstream with subcontractors on packages valued at circa £15 million and upwards. This is a busy workload rather than a role ticking over, with further projects due to commence in early 2027.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Location: Central London
