Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd in Central London is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility from award through final accounts on projects circa £15 million and upwards, with an immediate start on a permanent basis.

The role is based in Covent Garden and involves upstream work with the main contractor, downstream with subcontractors, procurement, payments, variations and contract administration on a busy workload.

Job description

A leading facade specialist contractor is currently looking for a permanent Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Central London.The role carries full commercial responsibility from project award through to agreement of final accounts, working upstream with the main contractor and downstream with subcontractors on packages valued at circa £15 million and upwards.This is a busy workload rather than a role ticking over, with further projects due to commence in early 2027.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Location: Central London
