Job summary

Access Talent Group is recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing main contractor in West London. You will support the lead surveyor on live projects valued £1M–£10M, with opportunities to grow to £30M, and you’ll work in a collaborative team environment.

You’ll handle measurements, valuations and cost reporting, assist with procurement and contract admin, and use Bluebeam and Office to keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience in groundworks or shell & core preferred.
• Proactive, ambitious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead surveyor on live projects.
• Handle measurements, valuations and cost reporting.
• Assist with cost control, procurement and contract admin.
• Use Bluebeam and MS Office to manage project docs.
