O’Neill & Brennan are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on major fit-out and refurbishment projects in the City of London. This contract role offers a daily rate of £300–£325 outside IR35.

You'll work on £20m–£40m projects, manage subcontract packages from procurement to final account, and collaborate with the project team to ensure successful delivery. 3–4 years' experience in fit-out/refurbishment is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 3–4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in fit-out or refurbishment environments.
• Experience with main contracting, ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
• Experience managing subcontract packages and commercial processes.

Aufgaben

• Supporting the commercial management of major fit out and refurbishment projects
• Managing subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
• Preparing subcontract enquiries, tender analysis and recommendations for award
• Managing valuations, payments, variations and final accounts
• Monitoring project costs and maintaining accurate commercial reporting
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Working closely with project managers and the wider commercial team
