O'Neill & Brennan are recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team working on major fit-out and refurbishment projects in the City of London. The role focuses on commercial management, subcontract packages, and tender analysis to support on-site delivery.

The ideal candidate has around 3-4 years' experience in fit-out/refurbishment, with experience in main contracting (Tier 1 or 2).

• 3-4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in fit-out or refurbishment environments.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
• Experience managing subcontract packages and commercial processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the commercial management of major fit-out and refurbishment projects.

• Preparing subcontract enquiries, tender analysis and recommendations for award.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Major Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractor - City of London

Rate: £300 - £325 per day Outside IR35

O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established main contractor who are looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working on major fit out and refurbishment projects across the City of London.

The successful candidate will work on projects ranging from approximately £20m - £40m, taking responsibility for a range of commercial duties and working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role will initially be offered on a contract basis, however there is strong potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate. With a strong pipeline of work and multiple projects ongoing, there is also excellent long-term security available on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with approximately 3-4 years' experience to join a well-established contractor and gain exposure to large-scale, high-value fit out and refurbishment projects in the City of London.

• Main contracting experience, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor

• Experience managing subcontract packages and commercial processes
• A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively within a project team
