Job summary

O'Neill and Brennan seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a major £250m development in Central London. The role offers a permanent contract, starting ASAP, with initial office base at the Euston office and site work later.

You will lead the commercial delivery on hotel, commercial and leisure elements and be based in Central London or Hertfordshire. The role requires proven Tier 1 contractor experience, strong PCSA/pre-construction capability, and willingness to travel into London as

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 main contractor.
Experience on major projects is essential.
Strong PCSA/pre-construction experience is essential.
Experience managing large, multi-sector packages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the project through PCSA and pre-construction stages.
Procure and commercially manage subcontract packages from tender to final account.
Manage valuations, variations, applications, payments and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, forecast expenditure and maintain commercial reporting.
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
Work with project managers, construction teams, design teams, clients and subcontractors.
Take ownership of commercial matters across allocated sections of the project.
