A leading insurance provider is seeking an Intermediate Track Claims Handler to manage a caseload of Employer's Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accident claims. You will engage in legal research, negotiate settlements, and ensure client satisfaction through efficient case management. Candidates should have relevant experience in claims handling within legal or insurance contexts. Qualifications

• Previous experience in handling RTA/EL/PL claims in insurance or legal environment.
• Familiarity with Pre Action Protocols and relevant case law.
• Proven experience of working in PI claims at an intermediate track level.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Claimant Employers Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accident claims.
• Complete necessary legal investigations and document all client interactions.
• Draft court documents and ensure compliance with legal standards.
