Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the Westbourne Grove Soho Home store and members space. This full-time role supports the General Manager in daily operations, leads the team in their absence, and ensures a seamless customer experience with expert product knowledge.

You will drive sales, report KPI data, and uphold Soho Home standards while delivering exceptional service and supporting stock processes.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of sales cycle in design/interiors market.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Accountability and responsible approach.
• Warm and friendly manner.
• Fluent in English written and verbal.
• Experience in furniture/international sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the absence of the Manager.
• Lead morning briefs and drive sales performance.
• Handle daily cash up and store closure in the absence of the Management team.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and KPIs and report data to relevant teams.
• Ensure replenishment aligns with visuals.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support monthly stock counts with the team.
