Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood invites a placement year student to contribute to the Interior Surface Centre. You will help ensure smooth production, undertake improvement projects, and analyse data to shape product quality and processes.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Production Management Engineering, Interior Surface Centre - Placement Year (July 2027)

As part of the Interior Surface Centre, you will be contributing to the manufacturing of Rolls-Royce’s beautifully crafted decorative interior surface components. As part of your role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production and execution of product vision through various improvement projects.

What should you bring along?

• Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering course.
• You need to be able to work independently within our team and have the ability to organise yourself as well as be able to work in the team environment.
• You will be required to work from your own initiative taking projects and tasks from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
