Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood Production Management Engineering, Interior Surface Centre, invites you to join as a Placement Year student (July 2027). You will contribute to the manufacturing of decorative interior surface components and help drive improvement projects from concept to implemented solutions.

You'll work on production quality, supplier liaison, procurement, data analysis and digitalisation research, with a competitive salary, 27 days holiday pro rata, and an attractive pension

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree in Engineering, 2:2 or above.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, organising own work.
• Take projects from concept to a fully implemented solution.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood Production Management Engineering, Interior Surface Centre - Placement Year (July 2027)

As part of the Interior Surface Centre, you will be contributing to the manufacturing of Rolls-Royce’s beautifully crafted decorative interior surface components. As part of your role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production and execution of product vision through various improvement projects.

What should you bring along?

• Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering course.
• You need to be able to work independently within our team and have the ability to organise yourself as well as be able to work in the team environment.
• You will be required to work from your own initiative taking projects and tasks from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
