Job summary

Urban Planters, part of the Rentokil Initial Family, seeks a Business Design Consultant to cover Dorset, Devon & Cornwall. You will manage client portfolios, blend horticulture with design, and pursue sales targets while delivering high-quality service in person.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, creative, and able to build strong relationships with clients, with full UK driving licence and IT proficiency. A commission structure and company vehicle support the role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent problem solver with strong customer service focus.
• Demonstrates excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Background in retail or sales and ability to work face-to-face daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales versus an agreed target and generate leads in the field.
• Nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing communications.
• Work toward and achieve KPIs and targets set by the business.
• Engage with clients on-site, presenting products and designing solutions.
