Job summary

Urban Planters is seeking a Business Design Consultant to cover Dorset, Devon & Cornwall, managing client portfolios and generating new business. You will design interior landscapes and plant displays while aligning with client budgets and timelines.

The role offers a competitive starting salary with potential growth through a grading scheme and an OT E including commission, plus a company vehicle and tools to support field work.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Background in retail or sales; face-to-face interaction expected.
• Outgoing, naturally creative individual with IT proficiency.
