Job summary

Urban Planters is seeking a Business Design Consultant to cover Dorset, Devon & Cornwall, with a view to building client portfolios and delivering innovative interior plant designs. You will manage scheduling, meet customers in the field, and drive growth through a structured commission scheme.

The role offers full-time permanent employment, a clear salary ladder (£27,053 to £36k), and an overall OTE of about £40k including commissions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent problem solver
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Background in retail or sales; you will work face-to-face with customers daily
• Outgoing, creative individual
• Competent IT skills
• DBS check may be required depending on role
