Job summary

Urban Planters is seeking a Business Design Consultant to cover Dorset, Devon & Cornwall. You will manage client portfolios, blend horticultural design with sales, and drive growth through on-site visits, design proposals and installations.

The role offers a competitive salary with a grading system, a potential to earn £40k with commissions, and company benefits. A full UK driving licence is essential for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales; you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers on a daily basis.
• An outgoing, naturally creative individual.
• Competent IT skills.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
