Job summary

Urban Planters, part of the Rentokil Initial family, is seeking a Business Design Consultant to design interior landscapes and manage client portfolios across Dorset, Devon & Cornwall. This field-based role requires blending horticulture with design principles to enhance spaces and well-being.

You will visit sites, deliver projects on schedule, and build strong client relationships while meeting KPIs in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales; you will work face-to-face with customers daily.
• Outgoing, creative individual.

Responsibilities

• Creating, designing and implementing interior landscapes, floral and Christmas designs.
• Managing a portfolio of clients and developing new ones.
• Combining horticulture with design to improve occupant well-being and bring nature indoors.
