Job summary

Urban Planters is seeking a Business Design Consultant to cover Dorset, Devon & Cornwall. The role offers a starting salary of £27,053 with potential to £36k through grading, and an expected OTE of £40k including commission.

The position involves managing client portfolios, designing interior landscapes, and driving sales targets in a field-based role. The role includes a company vehicle, fuel card, commission, mobile phone, tablet, and uniform with a discount scheme.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales; you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers on a daily basis.
• Outgoing, naturally creative individual.
• Competent IT skills.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
