Job Description

Endava, a next-generation technology services company present in 25+ countries, is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to join as Interim Treasurer, reporting to the Head of Tax & Treasury at our London headquarters. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of two Treasury professionals based in Cluj, Romania. The main responsibilities include managing financial assets, mitigating risks, and ensuring liquidity. The position is initially an 8-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading the Cash Management function, developing local and regional banking infrastructure, and centralising cash operations.
2. Maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions relevant to current and future needs.
3. Managing foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, developing risk management processes.
4. Overseeing and optimising liquidity.
5. Managing debt and facilities, ensuring compliance with drawdown requirements and covenants.
6. Updating Treasury policies and maintaining records of mandates for bank accounts.
7. Managing the Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity) to maximise benefits.
8. Developing reports and commentary on Cash, Financing, Risks, and Strategy.
9. Integrating newly acquired businesses and entities from a Treasury perspective.
10. Handling other Treasury and accounting projects as required.

Qualifications

• Accounting or Treasury qualification or relevant financial background.
• Understanding of international treasury management fundamentals.
• Experience in multinational organisations managing global cash and banking solutions.
• Leadership experience managing a team.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact broadly.
• Positive, self-motivated team player capable of working under pressure.
